Wednesday's from 6:20 pm to 10:20 pm- $450
Use this if you are registering as a single player without a team. A team captain will reach out to you if you'd like, to see if their team is a good fit for you. You will need to pay your captain once you are placed on a team ($450 per team). If you'd like to be contacted by a captain directly, please indicate so on your registration form. There is no guarantee you will be placed on a team. You will be contacted by a team captain if you are not going to be placed on a team this season. The league is 9 weeks long with a tournament held on that 9th week. The tournament is a double elimination tournament with prizes given for 1st and 2nd place of each division. There are TWO divisions: Social (beginner/intermediate and inclusive) & Competitive (intermediate/advanced and inclusive). Social division will have minimal rules. Competitive will follow AVP/USAVB rules. Midlothian residents, people living with disabilities, and veterans are encouraged to apply. The start times for each game is 6:20pm; 7:20pm, 8:20pm, 9:20pm. There will be 2 games per match, played to 21 for each game or until the hour is up, whichever comes first. Each team will play a minimum of 2 matches (each night is a double header). There must be a minimum of 4 with a maximum of 6 players on each side of the court at any given time per side and at least ONE female and ONE male per side must be on the court at all times. All participants must be either turning 15 DURING the season or be 15 or older when registering. Any participant under 18 will need adult consent. One player must be at least 18 years old and agree to be responsible for the team. League will be held at the Midlothian Community Park's sand volleyball courts. Games will start on time and each minute that passes, teams will start to lose points. Please arrive early if you need to warm up.

All participants must read, sign, and submit the participation waiver prior to starting the season. All participants must upload a copy of their photo ID at time of booking. To cancel your registration, please email admin@thesandyfoundation.org. All cancelations must be no later than 7 days prior to the start of the league or a 100% cancellation fee will incur. If cancelling prior to 7 days of the first day of the season, a 100% refund will be given back to the same payment form that was used at the time of booking. If you are a free agent seeking a team, please insure all of your contact information is correct so a captain from another team may contact you for registration. If you are a team looking for a free agent, please reach out to admin@thesandyfoundation.org for the list of free agents registered.
